Flatline

When you feel relapse coming bury your heart into something positive.  Once you have reached a certain part of your life and addiction, you can see the red flags and the warning signs.  The warning signs are often very subtle and extremely low key, but they are there.  These signs are there and they are their because of your faith.  Faith in your self, your sobriety and your will.  It is scary and often feels as a failure when these do pop up, but trust and believe that if you ignore them they will manifest into larger mistakes.
Thankfully by the grace of my higher power I have seen the red flags and felt the downwind of the fear of failure allures me into its arms.  But I am not a easy person to allure, I have fought for who and where I am today, and that is not going backwards today, for that I am so grateful.!!
Breathe and eyes to skies!!!

I love you for who you are and who you aren’t ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜

Falling

falling down is part of life, getting back up is

Living….

Days come and they pass, some are good and some are bad.  I feel like I have been in a negative space in my mind lately and it is hard to figure out why.  They say that a relapse, starts before a drug hits your mouth or body, if that is true, than thinking negatively may not be wise idea.

I believe wholeheartedly in the universe giving what you put out, working thre it here bare with me, I have been feeling sorry for myself, and halfway living, is that why bad things have come my way, piling on more frustration and guilt, along with more negative issues.

I have to breath and stop to thank the gods for the things I have, slow down, in taking some of the shitty things that have happened lately as nothing more than a sign… To slow down, not to relapse.

A relapse may start but it’s up to us to allow it to finish

โ€œThe Law, having no purpose of Itโ€™s own, having no intention of itโ€™s own about us, is compelled to take the color of our dominant thought and create after that pattern. We, being persons, can change our thought and thereby remold our conditions. Indeed this is the great realization of freedom, and to understand this is to understand how we may be released from bondageโ€.

Recovery Affirmations

We are creators, for if we ceased to create we would simply perish. Removing doubt that we are creators is paramount to understanding the power of consciously honing this creative force within ourselves and understanding how important it is to have life affirming thoughts, beliefs and feelings in order to create the life we want.

Yet, how do we get a better grip on our thoughts and what we put into our body via our minds? How do we change our programming? The answer is at once simple and complex. The short answer is to change our thoughts, but how do we do that?

One of the most effective techniques for releasing negativity is through Affirmations and Creative Visualization. Creative Visualization is the art of sending an image – a picture to our subconscious mind. Affirmations are word messages. Both are very powerful. Our subconscious mind creates our reality based on a number of messages we send to it.

These messages are packaged as thoughts. They are pictures, images and words that we visualize and send to our subconscious mind. Our mind then picks up this creative visualization or affirmation and begins creating what it sees. The key to understanding how creative visualization works is to first understand that our subconscious mind does not know what is real and what is not. It simply creates our reality based on the images that we visualize. So it is important to make sure that other sub-conscious messages are in alignment with our conscious visualizations and affirmations. It is also important as you begin affirming positively that you use imagery and words that have meaning for you. For it is then that we can begin to manifest our true heart’s desires and create a life filled with love, peace and true fulfillment.

For Today

I love me.

Watch how you talk to yourself. You are listening. Make sure your self-talk is loving, kind, compassionate, gentle, caring and supportive. Talking bad about yourself to yourself is probably the worst thing you can do. Treat yourself in a totally loving and positive manner. When you do this, you will be able to see how awesome you are and how much more awesome you will become.

These may seem cliche’ but for me, they are the difference between a good day and a bad right now, and they are not the easiest to accomplish.

For Me I Will:

  1. Journal
  2. Positive affirmations
  3. Be grateful
  4. Breathe
  5. Focus on the little things with rated yo eyes

For a century now, we have been singing war songs about addicts. It occurred to me as I wiped his brow, we should have been singing love songs to them all along.

Time

it has been a hard couple of weeks, our heart and our brains see different paths sometimes.  Doubt, self pity and Boredom set in.  We stop doing things that are routine and important!! Personal growth is essentially the key to a happy life.   Lately I have given in to non sense, and I have gotten to the point where I want out of the hole.  I think, I pine I reach for the top but I never move!!!

Today I will move…..!!!
